Due to the nature of herbal and wellness products, we accept returns only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged
Product received is defective
Wrong product delivered
Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or used products
Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Items returned after the allowed return period
Products purchased during special offers or discounts (unless damaged)
To initiate a return:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Share order details along with clear photos or videos of the product
Once approved, return instructions will be provided
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
Refund processing may take 5–7 business days.
In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be accepted.
